This Privacy Policy describes how 100 Innovation (“we”, “us”) handles information in relation to the iOS game 100 Peaks of Innovation (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to collecting as little data as possible.
1. Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, postal address, photos, contacts, location, or microphone audio.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioural tracking SDKs.
- We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not create a user account or profile for you.
2. Data stored locally on your device
Game progress, scores, settings, journal entries, in-app purchase
entitlements and other gameplay state are stored only on your device using
standard iOS storage (UserDefaults and on-device files). This data never
leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a result via the iOS
Share Sheet, or to submit a score to the optional global leaderboard.
3. Data sent to our AI Jury server
When you tap “Get AI Jury Verdict” or use a similar feature, the pitch text you typed and the current episode theme are sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker so the AI can return scores and feedback. We do not log this content to persistent storage and we do not associate it with any user identity. A short-lived per-IP counter is kept only to enforce a daily fair-use rate limit and is automatically deleted within 26 hours.
4. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple may share an anonymous transaction identifier with the App so we can unlock the content you bought. See Apple’s privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
5. iCloud backup
If you are signed in to iCloud, iOS may automatically include the App’s local data in your device backup. This is controlled by your iOS settings and governed by Apple, not by us.
6. Game Center / Leaderboards
If you opt in to the optional global leaderboard, only a self-chosen alias (no real name required), a numeric score, and a timestamp are sent to our server. You can play the entire game without ever submitting a score.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13. There are no chat features, no user-generated public profiles, and no behavioural advertising.
8. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is typically no personal data to access, correct or delete on our servers. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App from your device, or by using Settings → Reset Progress inside the App. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. 9. Security
All network traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Server-side AI provider keys are held only on the server and are never exposed to the App.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, surface an in-App notice.
