How do I reset my progress?
Open the App, then go to Settings → Reset Progress. This wipes all local game data and cannot be undone.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the in-App Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
I was charged but did not receive my pack — what do I do?
- Force-close and reopen the App, then tap Restore Purchases.
- If the entitlement still does not appear, email info@100innovation.com with the Apple receipt number from your email confirmation.
- For refunds, contact Apple at support.apple.com/HT204084 — only Apple can issue App Store refunds.
Why is the AI Jury slow or unavailable?
The free fair-use limit is 10 verdicts per IP address per day. The Founder Pack raises this limit. If our AI provider is rate-limited upstream, the App falls back to a deterministic local jury so you can keep playing.
Does the game work offline?
Yes. The full single-player campaign runs entirely on-device. Only the optional AI Jury verdicts and the global leaderboard require an internet connection.
What ages is the game suitable for?
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. There is no chat, no user-generated public content, no advertising and no behavioural tracking.
