Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS game 100 Peaks of Innovation (the “App”), published by 100 Innovation. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Standard EULA, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. In-App Purchases
Optional in-app purchases unlock additional content (extra ideas, comeback tickets, founder pack, season pass, etc.). All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy: support.apple.com/HT204084. Consumable purchases (e.g. ideas, comeback tickets) are deducted as you use them and cannot be restored. Non-consumable purchases (e.g. Founder Pack) can be restored with the in-App “Restore Purchases” button.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute the App except where local law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the AI Jury feature to generate hateful, illegal, defamatory, sexual or otherwise harmful content.
- Automated, abusive or excessive use of our servers may be rate-limited or blocked.
- Do not attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms or fair-use limits.
4. AI-generated content
Jury verdicts, coaching tips and similar feedback are generated by large language models. They are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its source code, art, music, characters, copy and trademarks are owned by 100 Innovation or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You receive no ownership rights, only the limited licence described in section 1.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 100 Innovation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to server-side features (such as the AI Jury and the global leaderboard) if you breach these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through an in-App notice.
