Privacy Policy — Connectia

This Privacy Policy describes how Connectia handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to collecting as little data as possible.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, phone number, postal address, photos, contacts, location, or microphone audio
  • We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking SDKs
  • We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because we do not track you across other apps or websites
  • We do not create a user account or profile for you
  • No analytics or usage tracking
  • No advertising identifiers (IDFA)
  • No crash reports sent to third parties
  • No cookies or web beacons

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Game progress, city state, quest completion, settings, in-app purchase entitlements, and other gameplay state are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults and on-device files). This data never leaves your device.

Specifically, the app stores:

  • City state: Buildings, towers, infrastructure, resources, expansions
  • Quest progress: Completed quests, current chapter, challenges
  • Settings: Sound/haptic preferences
  • IAP receipts: Proof of purchase for unlocked content (stored by iOS, not transmitted to us)

3. In-App Purchases

All IAP transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple may share an anonymous transaction identifier with the app so we can unlock the content you bought. Apple’s privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy

4. iCloud Backup

If you are signed in to iCloud, iOS may automatically include the app’s local data in your device backup. This is controlled by your iOS settings and governed by Apple, not by us.

5. This app does not integrate with:

  • Google Analytics, Firebase, or any analytics platform
  • Facebook SDK or social login services
  • Ad networks (we show no ads)
  • Crash reporting tools (Sentry, Crashlytics, etc.)

    We collect no personal information from any user, including children.

    Because we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete on our servers.

    • Delete your data: Uninstall the app. All local data is deleted.
    • Reset progress: Use the Reset button in the main menu.
    • If we make changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify users via an in-app alert. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
